Features of GS-LFP***2 Gantry-type CNC Laser Cutter:

 

1. Gantry-type Flying Optical Path Structure. The machine bed adopts the gantry-type structure, is annealed to relieve internal stress, roughly machined to disable the vibration, and then finished, thus significantly improves the rigidity and stability of the CNC laser cutter which can maintain long-term, good stability and shock 

 

 resistance and ensure the precision of the CNC laser cutter. 

 

2. The girder is one piece casting of aerometal, with light weight and good dynamic performance; machining after tempering ensures the integrity, rigidity and stability of the girder.

Ray Tools Laser Cutting Head 

 

1)Equip with Ray tool brand cutting head from Switzerland, non contact type automatic tracking system with capacitor. The focus can be adjusted to get the best cutting quality. The waste of material caused by varying of focus distance when cutting unevenness material is prevented.

 

2)Focus distance: f=**5mm, blowing oxygen gas for combustion boost and good cutting quality.

 

3)With protection glass inside the cutting head, the consumption of expensive wearing parts like focus lens is low.
