Haiwang ZKJ-D Multi-layer high frequency vibrating screen is wet fine material screening equipment developed by Haiwang Minerals Equipment introducing foreign advanced technology. The advanced multi-layer design can realize five-way feeding in parallel connection maximumly with small occupation area and large capacity. Utilizing original imported vibrating motor, international advanced linear motion track, repeated slurry-made technology, it has high transfer speed of screening material, high screening efficiency. Screen frame adopts original imported spring suspension support which has low noise, small power consumption, small equipment dynamic load and long life. The original imported flexible polyurethane anti-blocking screen cloth (screen cloth fine to 0.**4mm) has high efficiency, high rate of screen deck openings, anti-blocking, anti-wear and long life.

Main application range

ZKJ-D Multi-layer high frequency vibrating screens are mainly used in Iron ore, lead zinc ore, tin ore, tungsten ore etc. ferrous and non-ferrous metallic mine plant close circuit grinding classification process. Instead of spiral classifier or combined with cyclone to classification, screen has high classification efficiency and will dramatically avoid valuable mineral over-grinding, increase recovery rate.
ZKJ-D Multi-layer high frequency vibrating screens also can be applied in coal beneficiation plant to separate coarse coal slime combined with cyclone, FBS coarse coal slime fluidizing bed separator or LXA coal-used spiral separator.
ZKJ-D Multi-layer high frequency vibrating screens also can be applied in feldspar, quartz, kaolin etc. non-metallic mine concentration plant classification, desliming, dewatering etc.
