conveyor ‘s structure is basically the same.
 GX type screw conveyor’s screw diameter has seven
kinds,150mm,200mm,250mm,300mm,400mm,500mm,600mm,its body
length is 3 to 70m,its operation temperature is -20 to
50℃,it can convey the materials in the condition of the
angle is less than 20°and the materials’ temperature is less
than 200℃ .

occasions:
S method--There have the solid spiral surface ,its thread
pitch is 0.8 times longer than the diameter.
D method--There have belt type spiral surface,its thread
pitch is equal to the diameter.
Working
principle:
 GX type screw conveyor is take advantage of rotating
spiral to convey materials go inward along the fixed chassis
,its head and bearings of the tail move to the outside
of the electric body,the hanging bearing adopts sliding
bearings and installs the dustproof sealing device,the
bearing bush generally use powder metallurgy,convey cement
usually use blankets bearing bush,the hanging bearing and the
screw bearing adopt slider connection.
