1.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â THE OPERATION SUMMARY:

The proofer should put on the solid flat place.
Install Gravure Proofing Edition:put the edge which is printed with specification on the distal,put the edge without word to flasten the proofing edition mount,compression screw.
Loosen the clamping lever,lift proofing moving frame.Attach the squeegee to the proofing moving frame,after fastening screws abut positioning pins.The beater backward is about *5 degrees,suitable compression screw fastening beater.
Push back the proofing moving frame in the end .Adjust the scraper adjuster and roller adjuster ,make sure the squeegee and roller could not touch the proofing edition mount.
Lower the proofing moving frame,lock the clamping lever,turn down adjuster(before adjustment loosen the lock ring at the bottom,adjust and then lock),so between close rubber roller and proofing edition has close suitable pressure(pressing proof can not be easily withdraw).Generally will increase by about 1 to 2 turns screw micrometer scale at the beginning of the rubber roller and pareller proofing edition after a clockwise touch,after India test case,as the leveling to do the approprite adjustments.
