          Feed Granulator SZLH350b2 High Grade
          Ring Die Pellet Mill

             
          

          SZLH350 high grade ring die pellet mill is mainly used
          for medium sized feed mills producing kinds of granule
          feed which can reduce the cost. It is suitable for
          chicken, duck, goose, pig, cattle, sheep, fish, shrimp,
          crab breeding and etc.

            This pellet mill is more suitable for granule feed
            production of medium-sized feed mills.  
          

Feature:

          1. Pellet mill has the world-class technology adopted to
          produce many kinds of animal feed, with small land
          occupy, low power consumption, low noisy and adjustable
          feeding mechanism. It also featured with compact
          structure, beautiful appearance and stable
          performance

          2. The bearing, oil seal, O-rings of the drive part are
          all import, main transmission part is made by casting
          iron with large bearing, good stability, and long service
          life.

          3. This machine has high output, low noise, low power
          consumption, long service life, easy to use and other
          features

          4. The main drive parts use high-precision gear, gear
          directly-connecting driving is adopted for high
          efficiency, the capacity could be 15% higher than belt
          pellet mill, High precision aircraft grade gear grinding
          process is adopted for ensure the stable and low noisy
          gear driving.

          5. Full stainless steel feeder, conditioner and door
          cover will avoid the corrosion to pollute the raw
          material, with long service life, with safety pin which
          will broke if main motor overloaded to protection.

          6. Safety protection design, careful for safety operation
          and use: the door cover is equipped with travel switch,
          the main motor will automatically power off to achieve
          active protection when the door cover opened, and in
          addition, the transmission parts are with enclosed by
          cover.

          7. The ring die are assembled with clamp type which is
          easy to change and reliable in driving

          8. Single stainless steel conditioner used to meet the
          requirement for normal poultry feed production, while
          double conditioner is for high grade poultry feed
          production.

          9. Configurable oil circulating cooling system, in order
          to enhance the cooling and lubrication effect of the main
          drive system of bearing. The device can work smoothly for
          a long time.

          10. The outside painting of pellet mill machine go
          through automatic painting process. Paint is bright and
          firm, it make machine durable.
