    GLT Capsule Machine is
a seamless soft capsule drop pill machine with drip system,
composed of pill supply, glue supply, pulse cutting, coolant
circulation, refrigeration and other systems. The filler material
of GLT Capsule Machine is oil material which is insoluble in water
like cod-liver oil, Vitamin, A, D, E, K, CBD, traditional Chinese
medicine, plant oil, essence, quitting formula, nutrition and etc.
This machine applies advanced pulse cutting technology.
     The quantity of
each pill is equal and same, dropping pill into model without
mould. It is cost-effective, convenient for operation, and high
level of automation. The host uses PLC control, 10.1 inches
touching screen specification display, widely applied to seamless
soft capsule mass production of health products, medicines, food,
cosmetic industries.Capsule shaping, filling and sealing can be
instantly accomplished with less waste, higher yield, more precise
filling and better quality of capsule.
    The whole line has no
blind angle so it is easy to clean. It totally corresponds with the
related standard of GMP.
