Glass (crystallite glass) heating board/panel is made of a special glass-ceramic, a material with fascinating properties. This glass-ceramic has extraordinary thermal stability and resists thermal shocks of up to ***0C. It transmits infrared heat very efficiently with no heat loss. The crystallite glass heater is created when a transparent, electrically conductive coating is applied to tempered glass through different techniques such as printing, high temperature sintering and then subjected to an electric current. The electric current in the coating creates heat energy, which warms the glass until the glass radiates heat.

Performance Features of Glass (crystallite glass) Heating Board/Panel

The crystallite glass heater produces no open flame and no oxygenation when it works. The using life is *0 times more compared to life of traditional electric heating wire element.
The material flat crystallite glass plate gives out high infrared radiation whose infrared wavelength is around ***5um. It is smaller thermal expansion coefficient so that it is better for human health.
