The are three decisive factors that affect oil yield:

1. Materials: Different materials and the degree of wet and dry materials will have the different oil yield.

2. Condensation effect:
We adopt three steps cooling system:
First step: Cooling water and crude oil, collecting heavy oil through oil-water separator.

Second step: Cooling and collecting light oil.
Third step: Cooling the oil gas and exhaust gas, separating the above C4H oil gas, sending the blow C4H into furnace to burning.

3. The operation of workers to temperature: If the workers can't control the temperature properly,
amounts of oil gas will turn to exhaust.

Overview of pyrolysis plant

Raw material feeding system:
In our plastic to oil machine, we have an auto-feeder for putting into the material. The *0T hydraulic pressure can feed **0 kg one time. If the material is *0tons waste tyre, feeding time will last 2 hours. And if you choose the auto-feeder, it means no workers need to lift up the tyres into the reactor thus save manpower. After discharge the carbon, if you use feeder, you don't need to wait the reactor cooling down, you can start next batch directly since no worker need to go inside to feed raw material, it can save time and much more safe. After finishing one batch, there are lots of different gas inside the reactor, even you cool down it, how can you ensure it's safe when your workers go inside? So this is the heart point of our auto-feeder.


Anti-back fire device:

We get the patent of this part, it's designed by our boss and our engineers. It's a safe device, the working principle is very simple: using the moter and water pump to keep the water rotating at a high speed, ensure there is a vacuum, then can suck all the gas from reactor. Before **0 degree, it can suck all the steam, there will be no water in the oil. And also if all the gas is sucked to the back, inside the reactor pressure will be negative, it's much safer. Also the pyrolysis temperature will be lower to save energy.

Cooling system:

Condensing system determines the oil yield to a great extent, the higher the yield is, the greater benefit you will get.
Huayin waste tire pyrolysis plant adopt three steps cooling system:
First step: cooling water and crude oil and pouring oil into the first heavy oil tank through oil-water separator.

Second step: cooling light oil and pouring it into the second measuring tank.

Third step: cooling the oil gas and exhaust gas (main composition of natural gas are methane, ethane, butane, hydrogen, etc )Separating the gas above C4H, gas below C4H which can not be liquefied under normal pressure can be recycled to furnace thus energy saving and environmental friendly

Safety

1. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak.

2. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber are especially for welding.

3. Vacuum system will prevent oil gas from going back to reactor and causing accident.

4. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.

5. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas(C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

Environmental friendly

2.The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution
