  • Internal gears
  • Elliptical gears
  • Epicyclic gears
  • Custom geometry gears
  • Sprockets of any form - standard or custom
  • Knurls
  • Flat knurls
  • Splines: involute splines or any custom spline form
  • Any standards or custom form of grooves or serrations
Advantages over alternative methods and increases in productivity and consequently greater economy is possible through:

  • An ability to develop and/or use specific purpose high-productivity tooling means faster cycle times, less lead time and lower costs by offering all solutions in-house.
  • Ability to perform second operations in-house including internal splines, keyways and other features common to power transmission components
  • No automation or heavily focused production means orders can be filled economically from the very smallest of desired quantities
