We introduce Pune based Raj Group companies as M/s Raj High Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd , an engineering solutions providing company since ***8, offering engineering solutions for the industry and M/s Raj Mechatronix Pvt. Ltd., offering Automation Solutions to the Industry for various applications. RAJ has successfully designed, manufactured and installed RAJ Gantries for various applications . The Gantries have been tested in various dispositions and working conditions. The Gantries have also been used as Linear Motion Modules/ Axes slides for CNC machines in addition to material handling (pick & place) . Over **0 m of the Gantries are satisfactorily working in the country; some applications are in adverse working conditions, in corrosive atmosphere, high temperature zones, over head at furnaces etc. The R&D and testing has brought forth a unique design. RAJ enjoys Design Patent on the Gantry and related parts. The special design Cast Steel Carriage plate and Gantry cocoon the drive elements, there by offering high protection to these expensive elements from accidental damage. RAJ Gantry is now accepted in various Govt Institutions and the Industry. A few standard sizes RMB **0, RMB **0 & RMB **0 cover a large area of applications for payloads of upto ***0 kgs presently. RAJ Gantries are further complemented with HEPCO-Motion Products (U.K).
