PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Chrome oxide green , MF Cr2O3, Insoluble in water, acid and organic solvents, slightly soluble in concentrated sodium hydroxide solution, soluble in hot sodium bromate solution , hot concentrated perchloric acid solution or boiling sulfur phosphorus mixed acid. Stable to light, atmosphere, and corrosive gases (H2S, SO2, etc.), has excellent weather resistance, thermal stability.

Melting point ***5 â„ƒ, boiling point ***0 â„ƒ, thermal stability, after high temperature burning, chrome oxide green act inertness to acid and alkali.

APPLICATION

With the characteristic of high intensity,high hardness , low proposity ,fused chromite sand , resistant to acid and alkaline slag erosion improve highly to make refractory materials . widely used in garbage incinerator, gasifier, glass kiln, petrochemical industry, nuclear industry and other industries.

Also can be used as melt spray coating using plasma spray directly to the surface of a metal, ceramic, given the high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

Also can be customized , put chrome oxide green with alumina or zirconia to make great performance refractory materials.
