YG**7 Full-automatic Draw Force Tester for Filament is used for stress determination of filament after heating and drawing via software. It consists of control system, drive system, heating system, force measuring system.

Features:

●It consists of tension controller, godet, heater, suction nozzle, temperature controller, measuring wheel, ect.

●Computer control and test results can be printout by a printer.

●Several test data: mean value, max. value, min. value, coefficient of variation, Q*5, range, test curve of single test and heat stress distribution graph.

●Adopt **-bit SCM and high precision **-bit D converter, high speed stability of control system.

●HBM load cell imported from Germany.

●AC servo motor and driver imported from Japan

●MEMMINGER-IRO constant tension device imported from Germany.
