snails are reproduced and hatched in special rooms – hatch
chambers, where hygiene, temperature and humidity are strictly
controlled. Snails are grown in ecological region, no nearby
industry, freely moving and fed with selected vegetation, and
special French production diets, pursuant to French
rearing
