Carcass with
giblets-
with proper bone structure, breast well developed and muscular,
muscular thighs; slightly visible sternum keel admissible; moderate
subcutaneous fat layer required on the entire
surface;
feathers removed from entire skin surface, buds and hair feathers
on breasts and/or legs not admissible, whereas sparse and not much
visible admissible on the back, around the ankle and wing tips,
sparse buds and hair feathers admissible on other parts of the
carcass. Uniform skin colour; sparse and not much visible
discolouration admissible, discolouration on breasts or legs not
admissible; small redness of the wing tips and hair sacks on wings
admissible. Mechanical skin damage (tear) and skin fattening
(bruise) not admissible on breasts and legs, admissible as sparse
and not much visible on other carcass parts. Bone breaking
admissible in one wing, lack of last tips of wings admissible, leg
breaks not admissible; giblets packed in polyethylene foil placed
inside: liver, stomach, heart and neck. Quality of giblets:
heartswithout residues of blood vessels and
pericardium, Â liver without gallbladder,
stomachwith removed cornified layer; neck skin
left on the carcass in full or partially stretched on the
back.

product consumer there are no persons sensitive to allergens,
except for children up to the age of 3.
