The Hass avocado is a cultivar of avocado with dark greencolored,
bumpy skin. There is an increasing popularity of Hass,
globally it's the most common variety.The Hass avocado is a

becomes a dark purplish-black and yields to gentle pressure.

The Fuerte avocado is often recognized as the archetypal avocado,

flavor and notes of hazelnut, and it is still considered by many to
be the best tasting avocado. Their skin remains green, and the
