These products are designed purposefully for providing thermal insulation for the HVAC/R industries and Plumbing use. Some of our major applications include vapor barrier for the prevention of condensation or frost formation on cooling systems, chilled water and refrigeration lines and heat loss reduction for hot water plumbing and heating, dual temperature piping and solar powered systems. FORTEFLEX products can also be used to protect against corrosion and act as a vibration damper. Other application areas for FORTEFLEX rubber apart from insulation are sports equipment that utilize rubber such as grips and handles, exercise mats, automotive insulation material for heat/cold insulation as well as vibration and noise surpression, foamed pipes for ornamentals and toys, special industrial-foamed pipes, thermo items, steering wheel covers and other rubber replaceable applications. FORTEFLEX has the latest mixing facilities with stockblender to produce consistent product meeting international specifications. Rheometer ensures batch to batch consistency. Our advanced technology produces product whose chemical structure and chemical composition makes it resistant to Mould, Microorganisms, Ozone, oils and most solvents. The internal and external skin permits exceptional resistance to water and vapor allowing the installer an easy application.
