soluble in cold water, with no peculiar smell and uneasy to decay
,it is water reabsorbing capacity is file, the paste liquid is
transparent with high cooled viscosity . PGS*9 have an effect on
thickening , improving taste and other good function , products
made with PGS*9 will not cloud. Gel when subjected to repeated
freeze /thaw cycles.
