Specialty and advantages:This product can be
flexibly extend to a certain degree ( no rebound among wires),
while normal TPU wired hoses can only extend to a natural degree(
and will rebound to its fixed degree). However, the wires can be
freely adjusted for a flexible extendable wired hose and will not
rebound after adjustment, with a much higher winding ability than
normal extendibility-fixed TPU wired hose. In this way, wired hose
can reach a perfect position and be fully used of, needless of
looking for ways of fastening the hose while placing the hose in
the bending places.
During normal ventilation and suction in woodwork machinery, common
plastics can hardly work well under high temperature. But with the
wide use of extendable wired hoses, the limit of temperature is
becoming smaller and these hoses can also replace the traditional

1.   Application range of PU wired extendable
hoses: woodwork machinery industry, ceramic machinery industry.
These hoses can perform well under environments with wood blocks
and scraps, stones and other solids with strong abrasion, dust and
fiber as well as medium with high activation in steam and smoke
exhaust and suction industries and chemical industry.
2.   Wearable wired hoses perform well while at
low cost; anti-vibration; good abrasion protection due to excellent
material; great pressure resistant and good bearing ability because
of the copperized steel wires wrapped inside;good alkali metals-
and acid-resistant performance; good performance under high and low
temperatures; tough and untearable; of same bending radius and
outer radius.
3.   Temperature range and characteristics of PU
wired suction hoses: around **0℃to ***0℃; it can reach up to
***0℃in a short time; they will not be easily abrased while
dragged on the ground due to its good abrasion ability. Besides,
they can bear great pressure, water-proof, fire-proof and alkali-
and acid- resistant, and also good negative pressure
performance.
