This series of microspheres is internally loaded with apprppriate amount of fluorescence dye to provide the highest fluorescence signals, especially suitable for qualitative and quantitative assays requiring high sensitivity.
The microspheres are desighed for the development of lateral flow immuno-diagnostic tests, and for application in diagnostics and biotechnology where detection of low concentrations of molecules is required. A variety of surface functionalities are available and a few optimized particle sizes for most latex-based lateral flow tests. The coefficient of variation (CV) of the diameter is less than 5% ensuring uniform migration through membranes.
