**-Introduction
The flotation separator, also called as flotation beneficiation, is a sorting method based on the
 different physical and chemical properties of the surface of mineral particles.

 The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces centrifugal effect with
 negative pressure. Enough air is inhaled into mixed pulp, and pulp mixes with
 drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on
 the surface of pulp to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting
 flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.
**-Application
 Flotation separator is applicable for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal,Â
noble metal, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical
 industry, which is the main equipment in mineral dressing plant, forÂ
rough selecting, selecting, scavenging, reversing and other mineral dressing work,Â
and the mechanical mix flotation machine is divided to XJ (A type), SF type, JJF type and so on.
**-Working principleÂ
