This is a flip top cap closing machine used to close the flip of the cap automatically which is molded in open condition. The caps in the open condition can be manually dumped into the vibratory hopper of the machine or by a connected conveyor to the mold output can automatically transfer the flip open caps to the vibratory hopper. The vibratory hopper automatically orients the caps into the desired fashion suitable to the machine. The machine closes the caps and locks it. Speed can vary from *0 to **0 pcs per min or more depending on the requirement and properties of cap.
