ASTpack Flexitank Design
The ASTpack Composite Design Flexitank/Flexibag convert a standard
*0ft sea container into a *2~*4KL bulk liquid transportation
system. This food and pharmaceutical grade fle-xitank is suitable
for the carriage of most types of non-hazardous liquids.
The ASTpack Composite Design Flexitank is constructed of three or
four independent food rade *-ply co extrudedPE Film tubular and a
rugged,abrasion resistant outer woven PP protection.It is capable
of shipping up to *4,**0 liters of bulk liquid.

1. What sizes of flexitanks do ANTHENTE supply?
   We supply standard *2,**0L and *4,**0L capacity
flexitanks.
2. What is the maximum loading capacity of your flexitank?
   Maximum capacity is *4,**0 Liters.
3. Do you have different types of flexitanks
   Yes,We have 2 models of flexitank:
   1)Normal Flexitank/Flexibag.
   2)PREMIER Model with oxygen barrier, suitable
for oxygen-sensitive products; ie. wine,flat
beer,high-grade,cooking oil etc.
4. What is the highest temperature your flexitank can hold?
  The LLDPE liner can take up to a maximum temperature
of *2°C.However,for safety consideration,We recommends Safety
Loading Temperature of *0°C and below.
5. What is the advantage of bottom loading/discharge?
  It is safer since the loaders do not go on top of the
flexitank; It is more user-friendly and faster in loading and
discharge.
6. What is the size of your valve?
  We can equip standard 2' and 3' inch Valve. we have
butterfly and ball valve.
7. What is the compatible connection to your flexitank standard
full port 3 inch cam lever ball valve?
  Hoses ending with 2 inch and 3 inch female cam lever
fitting will connect to our valve.
8. What type of certifications do you have?
  We are COA members since from ***2,AAR testing
approval,ISO***1 and FSSC****0,HACCP,KOSHER food grade
certificate.We only use FDA and CE food grade LLDPE PE Film.
9. Is your company accredited with ISO***0?
  Our Flexitank is ISO ***1:***8 certified.
*0. What is the percentage of residue in your flexitank?
   Around 0.5%.
*1. Can your flexitank be re-used?
   Our flexitank is a one-way disposable flexitank.
Our insurance will not cover reuse.
*2. How long does it take to load the flexitank?
   Normally not more than *5 minutes.
*3. Do you have an insurance policy in case of leaks?
   Yes, we are covered under the 5(five) million U$
product liability policy by CPIC.
*4. Can I load *2,**0 liters in a *4,**0 liter flexitank?
   No. If it is not fully loaded, the movement from
transportation causes a wave action in the liquid inside the
flexitank and it can cause a tsunami-like force from within the
container.Under-loading will destroy any flexitank.The guidelines
for loading used by the Container Owner Association (COA) is
*5%~**0% of flexitank rated capacity.
*5. What is the maximum pressure your flexitank can hold?
   Our flexitank is a non-pressurized container,it
will keep growing bigger and bigger.
   At about 4 psi,it will rupture.
