FLEXIBLE EXTERIOR TEXTURED WALL PAINT

Principal properties	Silicone modified, Acrylic emulsion based, grained exterior wall paint.
	Superior endurance to atmospheric circumstances and pollution.
	High water vapour permeability, allowing building to breathe.
	Extra elastic; covers the hair cracks on the surface and resists to movements
	of the building and keeps its elasticity in low temperatures.
	Durable; does not crack, blister or yellow by time.
	The colors do not fade, crack.
	Easily re-touchable, does not leave brush or roller marks.
	Water repellent.
	Resistant againt mildew and algae growth on walls.
	Long lasting, resists to UV rays, rain, heat and frost, thus retains its
	original properties for years without cracking, blistering and fading.

Binder	Silicone modified, Styrene-Acyrlic Copolymer.

Applications	It can be applied on plaster, perfusion, concrete,
	gross concrete, betopan, previously painted surfaces that can receive it
	and terasit type surfaces.

Surface Preparation	The surface must be sound, clean, dry and be able to receive it.
	Cracks etc. should be repaired with SartaÅŸ exterior crack filling paste.
	New surfaces should be primed with SartaÅŸ acrylic exterior primer
	diluted ****5% with water. Old painted and chalky surfaces should be
	pre-treated with SartaÅŸ plyo exterior primer.
	It must be waited for 4 weeks for newly plastered surfaces.
	The setting time must be conformed to for cement based products.

Drying Time (*5°C)	Touch dry 2 hour.
	Hard drying ****4 hours.

Applications	It is applied with Mercan roller.
	Solvent free and practically odourless.
	Clean the tools with water.

Diluting	For the first coat, it must be applied by diluting with *5% clean water.
	Thinning should not be done in applying the second coat of paint.

Important Detail	Care must be taken that the surface temperature is between 5°C and *0°C
	during application. The surface should be protected from rain and frost
	during application and drying periods and the application should be done
	in windy conditions under direct sun light.
