Working Principle
Based on the circular motion
theory, the flat die pellet machine uses electrical motor (or
diesel motor) as the power source. The wheel gear (or the belt
pulley) transfers the energy to the main axis and flat die. The
pinch roller will rotate under the force of friction, which
generates high temperature between the pinch roller and the die.
This high temperature make the powdery material gelatinized and the
protein solidified. After being extruded through the die hole by
the pinch roller, the material will become pellet form. The length
of the pellet can be adjusted by changing the blades size. The
pellets will be discharged out of the machine by the dumping
tray.
