Flake ice machine can use many industrys for cooling/frozen application,temperature control/reduce etc. the ice is flake shape with thin about 2mm,temperature *5C,can fast melt in the mixture,when the ice bulk together,with the low temperature itself will bridge together,thus can lasting long time for item cooling,such as fish,vegetables meat etc.

Different from the block ice, the flake ice can use direct, no need shaving.and the ice temperature is more lower than other type ice. so it can use almost any industry.
