1.The U-shaped ventilation groove designed on the surface of the
FJS-JY low noise roller cylinder reduces friction with the belt and
eliminates the noise caused by wind resistance.
2.The FJS-JY silent
roller is in the process of production, and the radial round-out of
the idler roller is controlled to be 0.1mm without jumping, and the
dynamic balance grade reaches G*6 (ISO***0), and the noise
generated by the vibration of the bracket is reduced by the
advanced production and processing technology.
3.The bearing of the FJS-JY silent roller is a Z2
precision bearing. The bearing ball clearance is small, the noise
