The modular digital signal processor is installed in a sealed cast aluminum instrument housing. The signal processor is universal and can be used with optical fiber cables and field lenses of various temperature grades. Armored fiber optic cables made of different materials can be used in different temperature situations, and their lengths are provided according to field requirements. The material and viewing angle of the field lens can also be provided according to the requirements of users.
Instrument lens: MSE-FMD*5 optical fiber thermal metal detector with a variety of optional lenses and robust design ensures its normal operation in harsh environments such as water mist or steam. Flexible and diverse optional high-precision optical lenses provide guarantee for ideal accurate measurement. The lens is very strong and can be selected in the temperature range of **0 ºC and ***0 ºC, so as to ensure that it can be measured close to hot objects. All kinds of lenses can be purged by air, and the cooling mode is water-cooled and air-cooled.
The remote lens with filtering function reduces the sensitivity to external light. In general, point lenses are often used. However, when high precision is required and the measured object (such as bar) will shift, it is necessary to use a precise 0.5 x *5 rectangular cylindrical mirror, which is especially suitable for hot strip rolling.
