Shanghai Morimatsu Pressure Vessel Co. Ltd. was the very first Chinese subsidiary fully invested by Morimatsu Industry Co., Ltd. from Japan. Shanghai Morimatsu was established in ***0, the inaugural year of the development of the Pudong New Area. Being the first foreign invested company in the area, it was honoured “Pudong No. 1” for its proactive strategy.

With continuous expansion in terms of both business scale and scope, Morimatsu Industry Co., Ltd. has made further investment in China. The sole company that started in ***0 has thus quickly developed into today's Morimatsu Group (China).

Shanghai Morimatsu has forged ahead aggressively for the past *0 or more years. Through continuous exploration and innovation, we have achieved localized manufacturing of many key equipment for the petrochemical, mining and chemical fiber industries. Currently, we can process an equipment of a size of up to *0 meters in diameter and *0 meters in length. With the imminent completion of our Nantong factory, we will take our manufacturing capacity to an even higher level. Morimatsu is currently holding the Chinese high, medium and low pressure vessel design license, SAD design license, manufacturing license (A1, A2), ASME U and U2 stamp certificates, PED CE, ISO***1 certificate, as well as HSE certification.
