Felix Compact Weather Station Description:



Felix Compact Weather Station meets the growing need for real-time, site-specific, weather information. It is an all-in-one weather station that calculates apparent wind speed and direction, barometric pressure, air temperature, relative humidity, dew point, and wind chill temperature. It is enhanced with an internal compass and WAAS/EGNOS GPS, by which the true wind speed and direction can also be calculated. Accurate data helps the organizations make important decisions and necessary actions under severe weather conditions. This Instrument has a standard ***4” UNS (3/4” NPT) thread connection to accommodate standard mounting hardware.

 

The waterproof base connector assures trouble-free installation and servicing, while a quick disconnect feature allows for easy removal. Using the standard cable lengths of *0 m or *5 m (*3’ or *9’), the sensor can be connected to the optional USB converter. The converter allows the instrument measurements to be displayed on a PC by changing the data from RS**2 or NMEA ***3 to USB.

 

Felix weather station CW series are offered in four models which are identified based on their features and if they operate in fixed or mobile applications.
