FFU ( Fan Filter Unit ) is
made of a Fan and Air filter, also known as the "cabin fan
filtering equipment". FFU is usually installed in a clean
room air blow terminal. Generally put in the hoisting of
the dry gasket sealing keel frame. FFU upper is the Fan
Module,the bottom part is HEPA filter. According to the
