Description of flux :Â
Agglomerated flux SJ **2 is a kind of agglomerated flux type Silicon and Calcium with ball form granular of brown, Bllw≈1.1;about *0  *0 mesh in size. It is suitable for AC or DC (+) power. It has stable ARC, neat bead appearance and shows good weld-ability. The slag detachability is better than that of SJ**1. it is suitable for the girth welding of different diameter. This flux has good anti-humidity absorption.Â
The anticracking property is better than other flux with good impact toughness. Â
Application of Welding Flux :Â
In combination with wire EL8, EM*2K, EA1 and etc. this flux is suitable for the welding of structures, boilers, pipelines and etc.Â
