EVA laminated glass film
EVA laminated glass is a kind of safety glass, two or more layers
of glass sheets bonded together using a kind of hot melt adhesive
film (EVA or PVB film) under pressure and vacuum. Â Â
The glass fragments will stick tightly to the interlayer EVA film
even glass is broken and won't fall down to injure the body.

 Laminating instructions:
  1. Prepare and cut the EVA film into right size
according to the following structure: glass + EVA film + glass
  2. Put the overlapped glass into silicon bag and seal
silicon bag well.Â
  3. Activate vacuum pump for **8min till vacuum value
reach *0.**5Mpa to double checking the vacuum is good. Â
  4. Set up the laminating temperature and time
 and start heating. The following data based on 5mm glass
*0.*0mm  EVA *5mm glass.
