Test bench for PDE and EUI Systems
Developed to test the efficiency of three injector –pumps at the
same time
The test bench carries out automatically checks on the
injector-pumps by making them work at three different RPM of the
cam: **0, **0 and ***0 rpm
The control of driving motor is completely automatic
The power supply to the solenoid can be monitored constantly
At the end of the test a printable report on the screen shows the
pressure curves, the injection output and a diagnosis of the
possible faults In addition to the automatic test it is possible to
carry out free tests as well
The pressure measuring is obtained through a set of complex
sensors, while the delivery measuring takes place through a high
precision volumetric sensor
The injectors control parameters can be obtained through the data
base installed in the test bench
The bench automatically shows the operation of the solenoid (open
circuit, short circuit, etc..)
