2.Blade：6 pieces,
material **0/**4 stainless steel.Everon fan
blade is special designed for biggest effciency which made of Krupp
stainless steel by punch forming.Large air volume,no deformation,no
broken,no dust,attractive and durable.Thickness 1.2mm,surface
finish BA grade.Fan blades
are adjusted by
intelligent dynamic-balance tester,the weight tolerance of each
blade is controlled within 1g.Ensure the fan smooth running,lower
vibration,less noise,increase stainless steel,galvanized

3.Electrical
motor：Both China
famous motor andSiemens motor are available. Motor voltage and
frequency can be customized.Chinese famous motor OEM by special
design for fan.the first put in the phase lack protection device
which would power off when shortage of electricity.Motor protection
grade IP*5,insulation class F grade,aluminum
alloy frame motor, **0V/**0/**5V, 1.1KW/0.*5KW(1.5HP/1HP),

efficiency *0%, top/foot mounted.
4.Bearing:Fan bearing adopts imported
double-row bearing with special waterproof design,high strength,low
noise,maintenance free and long service
life,cast iron.
5.Belt:Belt are domestic or Japanese Mitsuboshi
brand,ensure the long service life,maintenance free.From ***0 the
first adopt Type B belt which 3 times longer service life instead
of type A.
6.Shutters:Â galvanized board, 0.8 mm thickness
while the middle piece thickness 1.0mm. Galvanizing layer,
**0g/square meter.
7.Centrifugal system:Centrifugal system open
the shutters at complete *0 degree to ensure the lowest air
resistance and biggest air volume.When close,the sealing can
efficiently block light and wind into the poultry farm house.As the

Rivets:The
fasteners of centrifugal system all are copper

8.Belt Pulley：Fan belt
pulleyand flange are made
of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by
die-casting.Light
weight,lower vibration.Blast-sanding treatment for attractive
appearance,eliminate internal stress to improve its own rigidity
and stability.
9.Handles:Fan side frame with plastic
handle,easy to carry,convenient to loaf,reasonable design without
injuring hands,beautiful appearance.
*0.Collector:
galvanized sheet, thickness 1.0mm.
*1.Protecting
mesh:Hot-dip galvanized blade support and net
ensure never rust.
*2.Upright post:The fasteners fixed on both
ends of support are changed from traditional iron plates to
aluminum magnesium alloy base,traditional welding connection to
plug-in connection which has greatly reduced the friction
coefficient,fixed more firmly,avoided rust and improved the
appearance.
*3.Connecting bar:Linking parts are made of
aluminum alloy,light weight,no deformation,added with
wear-resistant shaft sleeve.Reducing friction to ensure the
shutters open flexibly.The spring is made of **4 stainless
