Pharmacological action:

Inhibit bacterial cell wall synthesis.
A strong anti-bacterial effect under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions. It is effective against gram-positive bacteria.
It is not absorbed in intestinal tract , which minimizes residues in human food from treated animals.

Indications:

It is an excellent growth-promoter and improves feed efficiency.
