1)Rotogravure Chrome Surface Polishing Grinding Machine The vibration frequency of the chrome polishing head is adjusted by frequency conversion; the pressure is adjusted by rotogravure cylinder which could satisfy all required vibration frequency and pressure for different crafts.
2)The moving of cylinder making chrome polishing head adopts linear guide rail and gear rack drive structure, so that the advance and retreat error is kept about 0.*2 mm.
3)High precision spindle and bearing in gravure cylinder polishing machine ensure the spindle smooth rotation with high precision, variable frequency stepless speed regulation in order to meet the speed needs for different processes.
