Introduction:
Ball mill is the key equipment for grinding after the crush process, and it is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics, and ball mill also can be used for the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grind-able materials.Ball mill is mainly composed of feeding section, discharging section, rotating section, driving section ( reducer, pinion, motor, electric control ) , etc. Quill shaft is made of carbon steel, with replaceable inner lining. Rotary gearwheel is processed with gear hobbing, with wearable lining plate in the shell to guarantee nice wear resistance. The machine runs stable in available working status.

Working principle:
When the Ball Mill works,motor and speed reducer transmit torque force to big and small gears of Ball Mill,so the barrel rotates.When the barrel rotates,Steel balls or other grinding media in the barrel are lifted to a certain height and fall down freely,so materials in the barrel are impacted.Grinding media mixing with materials impact and grind materials continuously.The grinding media and materials impact and grind each other when the Ball Mill rotates continuously.The final product will be discharged from outlet when it meets the request,so the grinding process is finished.
