combina is our professional encrusting machine suitible for high
production of any kind of confectionery, savoury and food product

avaliable to produce any type of crust to filling ratios. Designed
nozzles to produce, stripped, twirl and interlaced products are
also avaliable. The unique stainless steel product pumps and
cmpound nozzle make the machine suitable for high salt filling like
fish pastes, without the risk of damage or corrosion. Many options
are avaliable for the COMBINA including : additionalÂ
feeding hopper (for second filling), motorised nozzles
and wire-cut device. The exit conveyor may be changed
to left or right exit at clients' request. The controlÂ
is via a large *0'' touchscreen with displayÂ
grapics for simple adjustment of the various functions
and possiblity to store up to **0 diferent work cycles.
As an option, the combina can be integradted with our STAMPING
& CUTTING MACHINE , THE PANNING MACHINE (TRAY ARRANGING
