Equipment introduction: Electrophoresis is carried out by anodic electrophoresis [AED] and cathodic electrophoresis [CED]; electrophoresis anode coating or electrophoresis cathode coating is selected according to the metal activity of the workpiece. Cathodic electrophoresis is generally used for inactive metals.
The electrophoresis tank of the main body of the apparatus generally has two kinds of ship shape and rectangular shape; the ship shape is used for continuous pass electrophoresis, and the rectangle is used for intermittent up and down lifting electrophoresis. In order to avoid the precipitation of the paint liquid caused by the dead angle, the corner of the bottom of the groove adopts a circular arc shape. 1. 4. Select a qualified rectified power supply to ensure automatic fluctuation and steady flow, the fluctuation amplitude is less than 5%.
The conveyor chain uses a C-type hook to prevent dust from falling into the electrophoresis bath and the product during chain operation.
