The production line can be designed according to different technical requirements. The tin-plate strip is characteristiced by high precision o ftin plating thickness control,bright and dense plating, high corrosion resistance ,good welding performance, and good processability.

Hot air drying →Flow melting →water quenching →Chromate →Electrostatic →Electrostatic oiling →Exit looper →Shear →Servo tension reel
