parts:
1.furnace assembling :the
whole furnace body can leave the furnace tilting platform alone to
achieve quick exchange for the furnace body.
2.EBT tapping:
the tapping duration is
90seconds which is 75% less than spout tapping.The tapping temp. is
reduced by 30℃.And the power consumption has reduced by
6-8%.Meanwhile,the molten steel has less intaken the
gas.
