Brief introduction:
this device is portable and It has relatively independent detecting
channel and can drive combined probes formed by absolute and
differential coils,different
detecting channels can simultaneously collect data to detect
longitudinal cracks and transverse flaw, concealed joint, open
crack, and other axial flaw of metal pipes, wire and rods during
production. The signal got by detecting channel can be shown timely
on screen at the format of impedance plane diagram and time-base
scanning diagram.
Due to adopting full digital design.
Applying field: suitable for
online & offline outdoor flaw detection of every metal tubes,
metal rods, wires, steel pipes, copper wire, aluminum wire. It also
applies to automatic flaw detection of other mechanical parts such
as the inner wall of the tube, drill plate, bearing coil, hole of
the slap, square billet, round billet.
