The UAP works to be an institution forming profesionals, researchers, and businessmen with honesty, ethics and social intellect. We also support proyects that benefit and involve countries highly developed from Northamerica , Latinamerica and the Asia Pacific. All of this with the purpose of contributing to transform the economies of the Northwest of Mexico in industrial development, Trade and Turism in an international environment and with a social vision.
