Linear vibrating screen uses vibrating motor as vibration source. 1. Motor should be fastened on the mounting surface which must be smooth and flat. 2. Adjust the vibration force.When the motor rotation direction doesn’t meet requirements, you can adjust the power phase sequence. 3. The machine is running early, which should be checked at least once a day to prevent loosening. 4.The machine running time add up ***0 hours, you should check the bearings, if there is a serious injury should be immediately replaced. Daily maintenance: 1. Before running (1) to check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage (2) each group clamps is locking. 2.Running (1)notice any abnormal noises (2)electric current is stable (3)whether the vibration is abnormal. 3.
