Viscose staple fiber also called artificial cotton and artificial wool, divided into cotton type and hair type, and is made through the following process: use cotton fiber or wood fiber to produce cellulose dissolving pulp with relatively high degree of purity, dissolve in chemical solvent to obtain viscosity solution and then, after coagulation bath for cellulose precipitation and tensile cut-off and post-processing, obtain the regenerated cellulose fiber. Viscose staple fiber can be made into machined woven or kitted yarn either through pure spinning or blended spinning with all kinds of fibers. It can also be used in the fields of nonwoven and packing fabrics etc. It has good dyeing uptake rate, high tenacity, super softness, and good moisture-absorption.
