Based on equipment imported from US and Germany ,the product is multi-functional automatic hydraulic brick-making machine which is researched and developed repeatedly by our company. It has been verified by experts arranged by Henan Department of Technology , in addition, the production has been awarded national patents. Taking sand , fly ash ,gangue, slag, quarry dust, debris, ceramic aggregate and building waste as material , the product ,on the basis of replacement of different moulds and simple screen touching may process standard bricks, hollow bricks, blind hole bricks, square bricks and pavement bricks or other bricks for new industrial buildings or living.

Technical features of DY***0 type hydraulic brick-making machine

1, the product breaks the traditional up to down making pattern and replaces it with the down to up one, which overcomes the defect that ancient machines are easy to impact the edges and damage the moulds.

2, sound air discharge of the new machine makes it available for long-term production of hollow bricks.

3, the new machine adopts the control patter of built-in pressure sensor to test the strength of bricks accurately.

4,the machine adopt advanced and high-accuracy elements and hydraulic parts imported from Siemens Germany and YUKEN Japan, which is of top grade brick-making machine compared to similar ones at home ,and it is feature of fast speed, high output and full function. It can process new building materials such as hollow bricks, slid bricks, blind-hole bricks, square bricks and pavement bricks with various kinds and sizes.
