3.Materials of Pipes

  Centrifugally ductile cast iron pipe is a kind of pipe which manufactured by centrifucal casting
progress .The material is ductile cast iron.It widely use in metallurgy ,minnig,water project,oil and urban construction,can deliver various fluid medium,such as water and gas.Ductile cast iron has the nature of iron,and the properties of steel,with high strength,good toughness,and corrosion resistance,is the substitution for traditional castiron pipe and common steel pipes.Moreover,centrifugally ductile cast iron pipe has a good linearity,bright surface and high size accuracy,even has uniform wall thickness,excellent machanical properties,good adhesiveness of coating,with T-type spigot and socket flexible joint,gaskets sealing,very easy for installation.

Ductile iron is an iron ,carbon,silicon alloy ,in which the carbon exists in the form of free spheroidal graphite.
