Double Rotor Single-Stage Hammer Crusher is used to crush common fragile ores such as limestone, mud powder sandstone, shale, gypsum and coal, and also suitable for crushing limestone(marlite) and clay mixtures. As the machine has characteristics of large feeding size and big crushing ratio, it can crush big ores at one time to the milling size. So the production line with multi-stage crushing can be finished at one stage. Comparing with the multi-stage crusher, this machine can save the investment cost and reduce the production cost a lot. Comparing with Single Rotor Single-Stage Hammer Crusher, this machine has two rotors rotated at the same direction, and one bearing block between two rotors. Except for main characteristics of other Single-Stage Hammer Crushers, owing to the crushing mainly between two rotors, the opportunity of sticking and wet materials sticked to the fixed crushing chamber wall is decreased, so the machine has great adaptability to sticking and wet materials. Compared with Single Rotor Single-Stage Hammer Crusher with same production capacity, the weight of this machine is light. For reducing the unnecessary load and impact for the ores to rotors, and making rotors rotating reliably under lower power, this machine needs the feeder to feed evenly at full width.
As two rotors can hang more hammers, and grates can be adjusted based on the abrasion of hammers, and the discharge size can keep long time stable accordingly, the worn metals will be in bigger quantity, the wearable parts such as hammers and grates will have higher usage ratio and long service life. The above characteristics make the technical and economic indexes better than the same model machine abroad.
As the small size rotor and short machine housing, the equipped
equipment such as crane and apron feeder need only smaller model
