Description of the main parts
1.Evaporator,aluminium tube covered with aluminium plate.outer bracket is made of SUS**4 stainless steel,with different fin pitches.the maximal fin pitches is *5cm
2.Ventilating fan, adopted the axial fan. complete closed type,moisture&water proof motor.The impellers are made of aluminium alloy,the barreled is made of stainless steel
3 Connecting flanges(connect the oil supply&circulating pipes to the evaporator) are installed out of the refrigerator, the company offers the matched flanges
4.Drive motor, to decrease the drive parts and improve the drive precision,the drive motor is installed out of the refrigerator. Therefor, no oil production inside the refrigerator, convenient to maintain
5.Adiabatic warehouse, the insulated cabinet is made of polyamides stainless steel  sandwich panel. Each board be linked up with concavo-convex interface. The cabinet door is double-layer sealed which can be opened at any time. There is a drainage slot in the bottom board to prevent ponding. To improve the intensity of the bottom board and avoid forming the cold bridge, a nylon heel block was installed at the whereabout point of the inner bracket.
6. The meshbelt transportation system is controled by the transducer.
7.the ring shaped air way is manufactured with SUS**4 stainless steel,symmetrical design, no cool air escape from the material entrance&exit.
8.The bottom board is installed with slope and a barrel-drain,easy to clean and no seeper
9.The meshbelt is used for spiral IQF only which is even and handsom in serface with long life. It is manufactured with foodstuff standard SUS**4 stainless spring steel wire and bar. The wire and the bar is molded by hot-pressing,no laid-back phenomena. There are baffle edges on both sides of the link flakes of the meshbelt which help to prevent the products or tray from dropping from the meshbelt.
*0. Electronical control system, outer shell of the cabinet is made of SUS**4 stainless steel,adopt PLC control and touch screen control which display the current time,running state,frozen time,inner temperature,spead of the meshbelt ect.
*1.The spiral tower and the bracket,completely manufactured with stainless steel,the pontes between the meshbelt is made of macromolecule polyethylene anti-frication material
