Dimer acid is yellow transparent viscous liquid. It is a compound made from *8 carbon unsaturated acids via intermolecular forces. The raw material of Dimer acid is rectified cotton oleic acid and soybean oleic acid, using advanced polymerization acidification process and separation technology to get high purity dicarboxylic acid. Dimer acid has stable performance, non-toxicity, non-volatile, high flash point and fire point, good liquidity, do not freeze in low temperature and soluble in most organic solvents. It is widely used in practical applications. Dimer acid for exporting is getting from conventional dimer acid. We reduce the trace elements of the conventional dimer acid, using advanced separation technology. It is fit for high-grade epoxy curing agent and polyamide resin. High purity dimer acid is getting via advanced separation technology, which can separate monomer acid, trimer acid and polymer acid from conventional dimer acid. Dimer content increases from *0% to more than *5%. We restore excellent physicochemical properties of dimer acid, so that the quality of down-stream products will be improved.
